Heap Loves to Work with E-Mail
With Heap you can create messages, events, leads, opportunities and customers all from E-Mail. If you are out-and-about and you need some info from Heap, send an email, the search results will be emailed back to you. You can even import E-Mail from your POP3 or IMAP account.

Heap sends E-Mails. Using categories and E-Mail template variables, you can send personalized E-Mails to any subset of your leads, opportunities, customers or archives anytime you want. Heap doesn't just work with E-Mail; E-Mail extends heap.
Heap Plays Well with Others
Heap doesn't keep to itself, it communicates the way a good application should. Every piece of data can be exported out of Heap. Every message can be subscribed to by RSS. And every calendar can be accessed with the iCal format. What does this mean to you? No data is ever trapped, you are automatically informed of changes and your calendar in iCal, Thunderbird or Outlook is automatically updated. It even runs on the iPhone.

But simply accessing data from other applications is only part of the fun! You can also use widgets (Mac OS X) or gadgets (Google and Vista Sidebar) to monitor the data entered into Heap. While anyone can create a new widget or gadget based on our API, we have created five for use right out of the box (if Heap came out of a box). And just like in the full blown web based version of heap, when you click on a phone number, Heap automatically uses Skype to make the call.
